Application data
The application form sends the answers you choose to provide to an Aria-controlled Cloudflare edge endpoint. The endpoint validates the submission, stores it in a dedicated Cloudflare KV namespace, and notifies the owner that a new application is ready for review.
Recovery email
If the edge endpoint cannot confirm receipt, the site prepares an email draft as a recovery route. That draft is not sent automatically. If you choose to send it, your email provider and the receiving provider process its contents.
Website infrastructure
The site records the application fields, submission time, source page, referrer, and campaign parameters included in the URL. It does not install third-party advertising pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics and edge security may process standard usage and network data such as page visits, IP address, browser metadata, timestamps, and security logs.
Engagement data
Any later access to client systems, data, or credentials must be governed by a signed statement of work and the agreed technical authority boundary. The public application does not authorize system access.
